Before you rent

If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. If any driver is under 26, a young driver fee is added for each day. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.

Getting the car booked

You begin by requesting a car for your dates; the request is free. We send the offer to your account and your email, with the total shown. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.

Every car on the site has a page of its own, with its calendar and its rates. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.
