Every Scion xD year
Car subscription: the Scion xD
The Scion xD is on this page for car subscription: here is what to know before you request one. One booking runs up to 365 days and renews with a new agreement. There is no long contract: stop at the end of any booking.
Engine and fuel
The EPA does not rate this model year for fuel use; heavier trucks and vans are often not rated.
Inside and out
As a small car, it has a closed trunk that keeps luggage out of sight.
Who rents the xD
It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month. It suits commuters, couples and business trips.
Rent this car
Similar cars are below if you need one sooner. A request for your dates gets you an offer from a person. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Delivery covers the Toronto area, priced by distance in your offer; pickup from us is free.
Driver basics
You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. No maximum age, and a daily fee only for drivers under 26. Your licence and the card you paid with come with you to the pickup.
Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. Each car's deposit is listed on its page, so you know it before you ask. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.
How a booking comes together
Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.
Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.

Can I rent a Scion xD in Toronto?
Not from our fleet right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile 6 similar cars are available below.
How old do I need to be to rent?
18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Drivers aged 18 to 20 pay a young driver fee of $35 a day, and 21 to 25 pay $20 a day.
How much is the deposit?
Between $500 and $5,000, depending on the car. It is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book, and the balance is released within 7 business days after you return the car.
What coverage do I need?
Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer by car and driver age. At $2,500 or more we claim on our fleet policy and you pay the $2,500 deductible.
Can the car be delivered?
Yes, anywhere, including Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Delivery starts at $0 plus the distance from our location, priced in your offer. Collecting the car yourself is free.
