Before you rent

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more: that is where it starts. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day, shown on each car's page. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.

The steps

Every rental begins with a request from you. It costs nothing and it does not hold the car. We confirm and price it, and the offer arrives in your account and by email. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

Each car shows its rate for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month. Short trips and long stays use the same request; the rate follows the length. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.
