Renting the 2003 Subaru Baja

Here is the 2003 Subaru Baja, for anyone after a car by the month. One booking runs up to 365 days and renews with a new agreement. There is no long contract: stop at the end of any booking.

What the specs mean

The 2.5L 4-cylinder does the work, through a 4-speed automatic. It runs on regular gas. With all-wheel drive, it pulls away more surely on slippery roads, though it does not stop any shorter.

Rated at 11.8 L/100 km combined, it needs around 35 litres for a 300 km round trip. Driving 300 km costs roughly $54.87 at our price setting.

Size and space

As an SUV, it sits higher than a sedan, which makes getting in and loading easier.

A good match for

It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one. It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month.

What happens when you ask for a car

Pick your car, enter your dates and send the request. That is all you do at first, and it is free. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. Book ahead if you can; 2 hours is the shortest notice we take.

What you need to rent

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.
