Renting the 2017 Subaru WRX

Renting the 2017 Subaru WRX as a car by the month works like any rental with us: a free request, an offer, then the keys. One booking runs up to 365 days and renews with a new agreement. There is no long contract: stop at the end of any booking.

Reading the spec sheet

The powertrain here is the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo with all-wheel drive and a 6-speed manual. It calls for premium gas, which costs more a litre than regular. All-wheel drive helps when pulling away on snow; braking and steering still depend on the tires.

The combined figure, 10.2 L/100 km, means roughly 31 litres for 300 km. Every 100 km costs about $17.85 in fuel at our price setting.

Who the WRX suits

It suits someone whose own car is in the shop for a while. It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town.

Space, size and seats

As a compact car, it is easy to drive and park in the city. At 340 litres, the trunk fits about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Our WRX cars

Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. Delivery covers the Toronto area, priced by distance in your offer; pickup from us is free.

Renting: the basics

You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Third-party liability comes with every rate. For the car itself: your own policy with OPCF 27, a card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.

How to book

Choose a car, set the pickup and return times, and send the request. You pay nothing to ask. We confirm and price it, and the offer arrives in your account and by email. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. The longer the booking, the lower the rate a day tends to be. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.

One more step

A request costs nothing, and the offer tells you everything.
