Getting the car booked

Booking starts online: pick the car, set the times, and send the request at no cost. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.

Every car has its own daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rate. Rent for a day, a week or up to 365 days in one booking. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.

Rules for renters

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. At the handover we check your licence and the card in your name.

If you have no auto policy and no card benefit, the CarmaCars Protection Plan is the third option, priced in your offer. The deposit is separate from the rental price and is returned after the rental. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.
