Who qualifies

If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. Age fees stop at 26: younger drivers pay a daily young driver fee. At the handover we check your licence and the card in your name.

You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.

How to book

You begin by requesting a car for your dates; the request is free. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.

You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. Book by the week from 7 days, or by the month up to 365 days. Last-minute plans are fine with at least 2 hours of notice.
