Renting the 2021 Tesla Model 3 Performance

Car subscription and the 2021 Tesla Model 3 Performance: the figures first, then how to rent it from CarmaCars. One booking runs up to 365 days and renews with a new agreement. There is no long contract: stop at the end of any booking.

Devotion and the Model 3

Union Hill, Thurmond and Mountain Park are the closest places to Devotion on our list.

The numbers in plain words

Under the hood: the electric motor and all-wheel drive. Being electric, it is quiet and quick from a stop, and it charges at home, at work or at public chargers. With all-wheel drive, it pulls away more surely on slippery roads, though it does not stop any shorter.

For every 100 km it uses about 18.6 kWh. Rated range: 507 km. Winter and highway speeds bring it down. In money, 1,000 km costs about $27.90 at our price setting.

The Model 3 in everyday use

As a mid-size car, it has a closed trunk that keeps luggage out of sight. For luggage, 425 litres means a family's bags for a long weekend.

Who rents the Model 3

It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town. It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next.

Our Model 3 cars

Meanwhile, 7 similar cars are listed below. If you want this one, say so in the request; we confirm before you pay. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.

Request, offer, keys

Start with a request. Choose the car, the pickup time and the return time, and send it without paying anything. A person replies with an offer priced for your dates, not an estimate. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.

Renting: the basics

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. The payment card and the licence must match the driver's name.

You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.
