The booking steps

You begin by requesting a car for your dates; the request is free. We check the calendar and your details, then send you an offer with the total. You pay only once you approve the offer.

Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. Book by the week from 7 days, or by the month up to 365 days. Book ahead if you can; 2 hours is the shortest notice we take.

Driver basics

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. There is no maximum age. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee each day. Your licence and the card you paid with come with you to the pickup.

You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits differ by car. Each car's page shows its amount. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.
