Requesting a car

Send the request with your dates first; no money changes hands at that stage. Back comes an offer you can read at your own pace, with every charge on it. The car is yours for those dates once you approve and pay the offer.

Renting: the basics

At pickup you must be 18 or older and carry your original G2 or G licence. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.
