Who qualifies
We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. No maximum age, and a daily fee only for drivers under 26. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.
The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. Expect a deposit before every rental; its amount is set by the car. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.
The booking steps
Booking starts online: pick the car, set the times, and send the request at no cost. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. Approve the offer to book the car. That is the moment you pay, not before.
Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.
