What the specs mean

How it works

You ask for the car online with your dates, and nothing is charged to send it. You get an offer that says exactly what the rental costs before tax. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. Book ahead if you can; 2 hours is the shortest notice we take.

What we check

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held before each rental; the amount is on the car's page. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.
