Farmbrook and the RAV4

We have no location in Farmbrook; CarmaCars rents from Toronto, about 509 km away. We rent from Toronto only. If your trip to Farmbrook starts in the Toronto area, rent the car here.

Neighbouring areas include Hannover, Crestwood Village and Mountain Village.

Under the hood

The powertrain here is the 2.5L 4-cylinder with all-wheel drive and an 8-speed automatic. It runs on regular gas. With all-wheel drive, it pulls away more surely on slippery roads, though it does not stop any shorter.

For 300 km of mixed driving, expect about 24 litres, from its 7.9 L/100 km rating. In energy, every 100 km costs about $12.25 at our price setting.

What the RAV4 is like

Being a compact SUV, it handles luggage, strollers and sports gear well.

Who the RAV4 suits

It suits winter trips and weekends with more gear than people. It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going.

Can I rent it?

None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you. Meanwhile, 7 similar cars are listed below.

Before you rent

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.

How it works

First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.

Over to you

Ask for the car, read the offer, approve it if it suits you.
