What happens when you ask for a car

You ask for the car you want for the dates you need. The request itself is free. Back comes an offer you can read at your own pace, with every charge on it. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

Every car on the site has a page of its own, with its calendar and its rates. Rent for a day, a week or up to 365 days in one booking. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.

Renting: the basics

Renters must be at least 18 and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. We need to see the card and the licence of the person renting.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.
