Car subscription: the 1990 Volvo FE

For a car by the month, the 1990 Volvo FE is one of many cars on CarmaCars, each with its own page. There is no long contract: stop at the end of any booking. One booking runs up to 365 days and renews with a new agreement.

The numbers in plain words

The EPA does not rate this model year for fuel use; heavier trucks and vans are often not rated.

Living with the FE

Being a car, it is easy to park and comfortable on longer drives.

Who it is for

It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going. It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one.

In our fleet

Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. A request for your dates gets you an offer from a person. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Delivery covers the Toronto area, priced by distance in your offer; pickup from us is free.

How it works

You start by asking: a car, a start time, an end time. Asking is free. Someone on our team confirms the car is free for those dates and sends you an offer with every charge listed. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.

Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. A single booking can run up to 365 days. For longer, it renews month after month. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.

What to have ready

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. The payment card and the licence must match the driver's name.

Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car, you choose one of three options before pickup. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.

One more step

If something here is unclear, ask in your request; we reply in plain words.
