The steps

A request is free and takes a few minutes: the car, your dates, and pickup or delivery. We confirm and price it, and the offer arrives in your account and by email. Only an approved, paid offer books the car.

Every car lists its own deposit and the kilometres included each day. A single booking can run up to 365 days. For longer, it renews month after month. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.

What to bring

Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.
