Your Genesis: the work
Your Genesis and a hand wash: what to send us, what it involves, and a car to drive meanwhile. A hand wash is gentler on the paint than brushes, and it reaches the places a tunnel misses.
The car itself
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Premium cars often have more trim and sensors to work around; mention any options in your request.
From request to appointment
We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time.
Keep driving meanwhile
We collect the rental when your car is ready. Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. Your offer shows any delivery fee before you pay.
Looking after it afterwards
Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior. If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us.
Pricing, plainly
Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear.
How long you are without it
A clear timeline comes with every quote. If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental.
Before you drop the car off
Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive.
