Your Sterling: the work
For the Sterling, a hand wash starts with a quote from a person, never a guess. A hand wash is gentler on the paint than brushes, and it reaches the places a tunnel misses.
Size and finish
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next.
Booking a time
You can add a rental to the same request. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list.
Keep driving meanwhile
A rental by the day keeps you moving while your car is in. Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. Delivery to your door is available across the Toronto area.
Aftercare
Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint.
What affects the price
We price the job before we start, never after. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly.
Timing
A wash or a light detail takes hours; paint correction, film and coatings can take days. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in.
A few things first
Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.
Over to you
A person reads every request and replies with the next step.
