The Tesla: Car wash
For the Tesla, a hand wash starts with a quote from a person, never a guess. A hand wash is gentler on the paint than brushes, and it reaches the places a tunnel misses.
The car itself
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Premium cars often have more trim and sensors to work around; mention any options in your request.
Booking a time
Ask anything about the work in the request. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. A person reads your request and replies with the next step.
Stay on the road
A rental by the day covers the time your car is in. Add a rental to your request, and we deliver it to you. Delivery and pickup are both options across the Toronto area.
What goes into a quote
Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer.
Looking after it afterwards
Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.
A few things first
Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
How long it takes
Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price.
Over to you
Tell us what the car needs and when it is free.
