Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is separate from the rental price and is returned after the rental. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.
What happens when you ask for a car
A request is free and takes a few minutes: the car, your dates, and pickup or delivery. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.
Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.
