What the figures tell you

It is powered by the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid, with all-wheel drive. As a hybrid, it does best in stop-and-go traffic, where the electric motor does more of the work. With all-wheel drive, it pulls away more surely on slippery roads, though it does not stop any shorter.

It is rated at 8.3 L/100 km combined; 300 km takes about 25 litres. In energy, every 100 km costs about $12.87 at our price setting.

Space, size and seats

It is a straightforward car to drive, park and live with. Luggage space is rated at 340 litres: about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Good uses for the A4

It suits client visits, weddings and special weekends. Its all-wheel drive suits winter roads and trips to ski country.

Rent it from us

If you want this one, say so in the request; we confirm before you pay. Similar cars are below if you need one sooner. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. We deliver across the Toronto area, or you collect the car from our location for free.

From your dates to the handover

Send a request for the car and dates you have in mind. It is free and it commits you to nothing. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

You can see every car's calendar and rates before you send anything. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.

Before you rent

You must be 18 or older and hold a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.

A request costs nothing, and the offer tells you everything.
