Reading the spec sheet

Its 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid drives through a 7-speed automatic. As a hybrid, it does best in stop-and-go traffic, where the electric motor does more of the work. All-wheel drive sends power to all four wheels, which helps on snow and wet roads; good tires still matter most.

How renting with us works

First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. Back comes an offer you can read at your own pace, with every charge on it. Approve the offer to book the car. That is the moment you pay, not before.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.

What we check

We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.
