Booking, step by step

The first step is a free request: which car, which dates, and how you want to get it. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.

Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.

Driver requirements

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.

You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.
