What happens when you ask for a car

Choose the car and your times, then send a request. A request does not hold the car, and it costs nothing. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. Only an approved, paid offer books the car.

Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.

Who can rent

You must be 18 or older and hold a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.
