Also close to Farmbrook: Hannover, Crestwood Village and Mountain Village.

Engine and fuel

It runs the 1.5L 4-cylinder turbo, with front-wheel drive. It runs on regular gas. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.

The EPA rates it at 6.7 L/100 km combined, so a 300 km weekend uses about 20 litres. In money, 1,000 km costs about $103.90 at our price setting.

Size and space

A car body like this keeps the weight low, so it feels settled on the highway. For luggage, 425 litres means a family's bags for a long weekend.

Best uses

It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else. It suits someone whose own car is in the shop for a while.

Rent this car

This exact car is not in our fleet at the moment; a request asks us to look for one. Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now.

Requesting a car

It begins with your request, sent online in a few minutes, with no payment. We answer with a written offer: the car, the dates, the price and the deposit. Your card is charged only when you approve the offer.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. A rental of 7 days or longer is priced at the weekly rate. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.

Who qualifies

Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits differ by car. Each car's page shows its amount. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.
