Car with driver: brown 2021 Honda Civic Type R in Farmbrook

Car with driver with this car

For a car with a driver, here is what the 2021 Honda Civic Type R brings, and how to request one. Chauffeur bookings are by the hour, two hours minimum; send a request and we reply with the vehicle we can offer and the price.

Farmbrook and the Civic

We rent from Toronto only. If your trip to Farmbrook starts in the Toronto area, rent the car here. Farmbrook is about 544 km from Toronto, outside our delivery area.

Around Farmbrook you will also find Dogwood Hollow, Greenbrook and Oaktree Hollow.

Engine and fuel

The 1.5L 4-cylinder turbo is what moves it, with front-wheel drive. It runs on regular gas. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.

Combined fuel use is 6.9 L/100 km: about 21 litres for 300 km. In money, 1,000 km costs about $107 at our price setting.

When the Civic makes sense

It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month. It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next.

Space, size and seats

As a large sedan, it is easy to drive and park in the city. Its 736 litres of luggage space fit bulky luggage, a stroller or sports gear.

Renting the Civic from CarmaCars

If you want this one, say so in the request; we confirm before you pay. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile, 8 similar cars are listed below.

Booking in plain terms

Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. We answer with a written offer: the car, the dates, the price and the deposit. You pay only once you approve the offer.

Each car shows its rate for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month. Book by the week from 7 days, or by the month up to 365 days. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.

Renting: the basics

At pickup you must be 18 or older and carry your original G2 or G licence. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

If your own policy has OPCF 27 or your card covers rental cars, use that; otherwise add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.
