The 2011 Honda Element: Car with driver
Searching for car with driver? Here is the 2011 Honda Element: what it is like and how to rent it. Chauffeur bookings are by the hour, two hours minimum; send a request and we reply with the vehicle we can offer and the price.
What the figures tell you
The powertrain to know here is the 2.4L 4-cylinder, with front-wheel drive. It runs on regular gas. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.
Fuel use is rated 10.9 L/100 km combined, so 300 km needs about 33 litres. A 300 km round trip costs roughly $50.70 at our price setting.
When the Element makes sense
It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town. It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car.
Space, size and seats
An SUV body means more headroom and a taller cargo opening than a car of the same length.
Can I rent it?
Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
From your dates to the handover
Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. A real person reviews your request and sends an offer with the price spelled out. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.
You can see every car's calendar and rates before you send anything. The longer the booking, the lower the rate a day tends to be. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.
Driver requirements
The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.
You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.
Over to you
The next step is yours: send a request whenever you are ready.
