The 2011 Lexus LS: Car with driver
Want to know if the 2011 Lexus LS suits a car with a driver? Read on. Chauffeur bookings are by the hour, two hours minimum; send a request and we reply with the vehicle we can offer and the price.
What the figures tell you
Power: the 5.0L 8-cylinder hybrid; drive: all-wheel drive. As a hybrid, it does best in stop-and-go traffic, where the electric motor does more of the work. All-wheel drive helps when pulling away on snow; braking and steering still depend on the tires.
A combined rating of 11.5 L/100 km works out to about 35 litres per 300 km. At our price setting, driving 100 km costs about $17.83, and a 300 km weekend about $53.49.
Space, size and seats
As a mid-size car, it is easy to drive and park in the city. Its 283 litre trunk is enough for about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.
A good match for
It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car. It suits someone whose own car is in the shop for a while.

A request for your dates gets you an offer from a person. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
Booking in plain terms
The first step is a free request: which car, which dates, and how you want to get it. We reply with an offer for the car and the dates, priced in full. The car is yours for those dates once you approve and pay the offer.
Open a car to see its photos, rates, deposit and kilometres included. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.
Checking your details
Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. Drivers under 26 can rent with a young driver fee each day. We need to see the card and the licence of the person renting.
Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.
Next step
If something here is unclear, ask in your request; we reply in plain words.
