You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.
How booking works
The process opens with a request from you, which costs nothing and binds you to nothing. The offer comes from a person, not a robot, and it carries the full price. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.
Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.
