Requirements

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more: that is where it starts. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. We need to see the card and the licence of the person renting.

Third-party liability comes with every rate. For the car itself: your own policy with OPCF 27, a card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.

Request, offer, keys

Send the request with your dates first; no money changes hands at that stage. Our reply is an offer that lists the rate, the kilometres included and any delivery fee. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.

Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.
