Requesting a car

You choose a car and your dates online and send a request. Sending it costs nothing. Our offer spells out the rate, the delivery fee if any, and the deposit. You pay when you approve, and only then.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.

Before pickup

Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.

If your own policy has OPCF 27 or your card covers rental cars, use that; otherwise add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits are listed car by car, so you can compare before you ask. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.
