What you need to rent
Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.
Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.
