Getting one from us

Booking in plain terms

Your part at the start is short: choose a car and dates and send a free request. An offer follows, with the car we confirm and the full price for your dates. You pay only once you approve the offer.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.

Renting: the basics

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.
