Getting the car booked

Choose a car, set the pickup and return times, and send the request. You pay nothing to ask. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. Payment happens only after you accept the offer.

Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. From one day to 365, a single booking covers it. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.

Checking your details

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car, you choose one of three options before pickup. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.
