The rules, briefly

Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. Age fees stop at 26: younger drivers pay a daily young driver fee. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

Third-party liability is part of every rate, and damage to the car is handled by OPCF 27, a card benefit or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.

The booking steps

Choose the car and your times, then send a request. A request does not hold the car, and it costs nothing. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. Last-minute plans are fine with at least 2 hours of notice.
