How booking works

A request is free and takes a few minutes: the car, your dates, and pickup or delivery. A person checks the request and sends you an offer with the full price. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.

Every car on the site has a page of its own, with its calendar and its rates. Weekly pricing starts at 7 days, and a trip never costs more than that rate for a week. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.

The rules, briefly

Renters must be at least 18 and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. If any driver is under 26, a young driver fee is added for each day. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.
