The 2012 VPG MV-1: Car with driver

For a car with a driver, the 2012 VPG MV-1 is one of many cars on CarmaCars, each with its own page. Chauffeur bookings are by the hour, two hours minimum; send a request and we reply with the vehicle we can offer and the price.

Specs, explained

The engine is the 4.6L 8-cylinder, with rear-wheel drive and a 4-speed automatic. It runs on regular gas. Rear-wheel drive gives balanced handling; in winter, the tires make the biggest difference.

It is rated at 17.2 L/100 km combined; 300 km takes about 52 litres. Driving 300 km costs roughly $79.98 at our price setting.

Inside and out

As a van, it puts space for people and luggage first.

Best uses

It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else. It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one.

Renting it

Ask for your dates, and we reply with what we can offer. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. Delivery and pickup are both options across the Toronto area.

Your request, our offer, your keys

The process opens with a request from you, which costs nothing and binds you to nothing. Our team answers with an offer: the confirmed car, the dates and the full price. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. The longer the booking, the lower the rate a day tends to be. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.

Who qualifies

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.
