The work on your DeVille/Concourse
Your Cadillac DeVille/Concourse needs a vinyl wrap? Send the details, and we reply within one business day. A vinyl wrap changes the colour or finish and protects the paint under it.
About your DeVille/Concourse
Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. Mention the trim and options, so we plan around sensors and trim pieces. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately.
Booking the work
Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. A person reads your request and replies with the next step. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price.
Stay on the road
Keep driving while it is detailed: we deliver a rental and collect it when yours is ready. We bring the rental to you and collect it later. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.
What to bring
Ask any question you have before the work starts. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive.
When the car is ready
You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work. Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover.
Keeping it that way
Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.
Pricing, plainly
We price the job before we start, never after. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear.
