    Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part.

    Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels. Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car.

    Before you drop the car off

    If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
