Your Polestar: the work
CarmaCars takes requests for a vinyl wrap on the Polestar, and rents you a car while yours is in. A vinyl wrap changes the colour or finish and protects the paint under it.
Size and finish
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos.
Your request
Ask anything about the work in the request. We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list.
A rental meanwhile
Add a rental to the same request as the work. Pick the rental from our fleet; delivery is priced in the offer. Delivery and pickup are both options across the Toronto area.
A few things first
Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
After the work
A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.
Timing
If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental. We keep you posted if the timing changes.
How the price is set
The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person.
Your move
When you are ready, a short request books the work.
