The 2023 Audi Q4: Ceramic coating
Searching for ceramic coating for the 2023 Audi Q4? Here is how CarmaCars handles it. A ceramic coating goes on after the paint is corrected and makes the car easier to wash. A coating protects the gloss; it does not stop stone chips the way film does.
About your Q4
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV.
What happens after you ask
Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off.
A rental meanwhile
Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. We collect the rental when your car is ready. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
On the day
Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.
How the price is set
Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly.
Looking after it afterwards
If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us. Wash a coated car by hand with a gentle soap; harsh brushes wear the coating down.
When the car is ready
We keep you posted if the timing changes. Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover.
