Booking the work for the Colt
This page covers a ceramic coating for the 1983 Dodge Colt, and a rental while the car is with us. A coating protects the gloss; it does not stop stone chips the way film does. A ceramic coating goes on after the paint is corrected and makes the car easier to wash.
About your Colt
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. As a small car, it is a straightforward size for this work. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in.
Booking the work
A person reads your request and replies with the next step. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list. We reply within one business day with a time and a price.
Driving while yours is in
A rental means the work does not stop your week. Add a rental to the same request as the work. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.
Planning around the work
A clear timeline comes with every quote. We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price.
How the price is set
We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work.
Keeping it that way
Wash a coated car by hand with a gentle soap; harsh brushes wear the coating down. A coating makes washing easier, but the car still needs regular washes.
What to bring
Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached.
Ask us
A quote costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
