Ceramic coating for the 1997 Ford B800
CarmaCars takes requests for a ceramic coating on the 1997 Ford B800, and rents you a car while yours is in. A ceramic coating goes on after the paint is corrected and makes the car easier to wash. A coating protects the gloss; it does not stop stone chips the way film does.
About your B800
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. As a car, it is a straightforward size for this work.
Booking the work
We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate.
A car while yours is in
Keep driving while it is detailed: we deliver a rental and collect it when yours is ready. Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
How long it takes
We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover. Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work.
What goes into a quote
If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes.
Getting the car ready
Ask any question you have before the work starts. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
After the work
Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.
Want a price?
When you are ready, a short request books the work.
