Ceramic coating: your L9000
CarmaCars takes requests for a ceramic coating on the Ford L9000, and rents you a car while yours is in. A ceramic coating goes on after the paint is corrected and makes the car easier to wash. A coating protects the gloss; it does not stop stone chips the way film does.
Size and finish
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos.
Booking a time
Ask anything about the work in the request. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off.
Driving while yours is in
A rental by the day keeps you moving while your car is in. Rent the size of car you need for the days the work takes. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
Looking after it afterwards
Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car.
How long you are without it
Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic.
What goes into a quote
A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job.
On the day
Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.
Over to you
Ready when you are: send the details of the car.
