Keep driving while your car is in: we deliver a rental to you and collect it when yours is ready.
Your Transit and a ceramic coating
This page covers a ceramic coating for the 2022 Ford Transit, and a rental while the car is with us. A ceramic coating goes on after the paint is corrected and makes the car easier to wash. A coating protects the gloss; it does not stop stone chips the way film does.
About your Transit
Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in.
The request
A person reads your request and replies with the next step. We reply within one business day with a time and a price. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work.
Stay on the road
Rent the size of car you need for the days the work takes. Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.
How long it takes
Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner. If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental.
Before you drop the car off
Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
How the price is set
Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer.
Aftercare
Wash a coated car by hand with a gentle soap; harsh brushes wear the coating down. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.
