Ceramic coating: the 1988 GMC C5
Here is how we handle a ceramic coating for the 1988 GMC C5: the request, the work and a car to drive meanwhile. A coating protects the gloss; it does not stop stone chips the way film does. A ceramic coating goes on after the paint is corrected and makes the car easier to wash.
What your car means for the work
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in.
The request
You can add a rental to the same request. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off.
A rental meanwhile
Pick the rental from our fleet; delivery is priced in the offer. Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.
What to bring
If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.
What affects the price
The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person.
Keeping it that way
Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks. If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us.
Planning around the work
We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover. Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover.
