Ceramic coating for the 1989 GMC FE: request it here. Rent a car from us while yours is detailed.
Rent a car while yours is detailed
Keep driving while your car is in: we deliver a rental to you and collect it when yours is ready.
Booking the work for the FE
Your 1989 GMC FE needs a ceramic coating? Send the details, and we reply within one business day. A coating protects the gloss; it does not stop stone chips the way film does. A ceramic coating goes on after the paint is corrected and makes the car easier to wash.
Size and finish
Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. As a car, it is a straightforward size for this work. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos.
The request
Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. A person reads your request and replies with the next step.
Driving while yours is in
A rental means the work does not stop your week. Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
A few things first
Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Ask any question you have before the work starts.
What goes into a quote
Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price.
Keeping it that way
Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels. Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car.
Timing
Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work. Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer.
When you know your dates
