The Jaguar Vdp: Ceramic coating
For your Jaguar Vdp, a ceramic coating starts with a short request. A coating protects the gloss; it does not stop stone chips the way film does. A ceramic coating goes on after the paint is corrected and makes the car easier to wash.
The car itself
Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. As a large sedan, it is a straightforward size for this work. Premium cars often have more trim and sensors to work around; mention any options in your request.
Getting a price
Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. A person reads your request and replies with the next step. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work.
A rental while we work
A rental means the work does not stop your week. We collect the rental when your car is ready. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
On the day
If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.
How long you are without it
Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule. A wash or a light detail takes hours; paint correction, film and coatings can take days.
Aftercare
Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.
What goes into a quote
We price the job before we start, never after. A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail.
