Your 2019 Kia Optima: the work
Your 2019 Kia Optima needs a ceramic coating? Send the details, and we reply within one business day. A coating protects the gloss; it does not stop stone chips the way film does. A ceramic coating goes on after the paint is corrected and makes the car easier to wash.
The car itself
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately.
From request to appointment
Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list.
A rental while we work
Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. Add a rental to your request, and we deliver it to you. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.
Planning around the work
If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover.
Before you drop the car off
Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
Aftercare
Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint. A coating makes washing easier, but the car still needs regular washes.
What affects the price
If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part.
Make a request
Tell us what the car needs and when it is free.
Request ceramic coating
Tell us when suits you; we reply within one business day with a time and a price.
