Ceramic coating: the 2019 Lexus NX
Your 2019 Lexus NX and a ceramic coating: what to send us, what it involves, and a car to drive meanwhile. A coating protects the gloss; it does not stop stone chips the way film does. A ceramic coating goes on after the paint is corrected and makes the car easier to wash.
About your NX
As a compact SUV, it has more paint, glass and interior than a small car, so the work takes longer. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. A bigger body means more surface to work on, which shows in the time.
Booking a time
We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Ask anything about the work in the request. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time.
Stay on the road
Add a rental to the same request as the work. Rent the size of car you need for the days the work takes. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
Pricing, plainly
Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one.
How long you are without it
If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental.
On the day
Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Ask any question you have before the work starts.
Keeping it that way
A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.
